Getting Out Of A Panic Attack

In the last post, we talked about how one can feel better when feeling low and today we talk about how one can get out of a panic attack.

Get out of a Panic Attack

  1. Take big deep breaths
  2. Be calm and sit in silence
  3. Isolate yourself from others around you
  4. Try your best to think rationally and remind self that you are not in any potential danger
  5. Find a loved one to sit next to and hold their hand
  6. Find the strength to utilize your care package
