Get out of a Panic Attack
- Take big deep breaths
- Be calm and sit in silence
- Isolate yourself from others around you
- Try your best to think rationally and remind self that you are not in any potential danger
- Find a loved one to sit next to and hold their hand
- Find the strength to utilize your care package
