Decor, Design Matters

Design Of The Decor

If you know me, you know how much I love and adore decor. It just gives so much pleasure to look at the artsy or quirky ones and to plan our impossible dream of living in a Pinterest-y home. While I love those pins and Tumblr posts, I found some amazing decor in different places that can be adapted to your home or well just gawk at.

Restaurant/ Bar Decor

Restaurants and bars are really upping their decor game. While many still stick to the same old Pink Floyd or punny beer posters, some take an extra step and make the bar ambiance something beyond the drinks and food.

Mall Decor

Malls have been known to have large-scale decor that is usually occasion or festival specific. They are usually super grand and eye-catching but sometimes you find smaller statement pieces that really makes you stop and stare.

Street Market Decor

The colors in street markets are usually attributed to the colorful items being sold. But when a market put efforts on the decor and look of the area, it is an icing on the cake.

Quirky signs and prints

Well, though we did diss funny posters in the start, some of them are so out of the box and quirky that they do need a special mention. Here are a couple of ones we have encountered.
